Terms of Service
Estimated time taken:
• Lineart: 1-3 weeks | • Chibi: 1 week | • Illustration: 1-3 weeks | • Sketchy: 1-3 days
My process: For chibi & sketchy, I take payment in full first. For lineart & illustration, I take 50% of payment after the sketch phase and the rest upon completion.
The product will be recieved digitally. There will be no physical product.
Refunds: I do not offer refunds if I have started no matter what phase the commission is in.
The commission is for personal use only. You may not resell it or reproduce the commission without my direct consent. It will NOT be used for NFTs or AI usage.
The client can order a commission without paying first but the commission will only be completed once payment is secured. (It will not be started if it is chibi or sketchy.)
The client has the right to request revisions but I have the right to decline extra revisions depending on the severity of the revision.
WORKFLOW: I will provide an estimated time and I will communicate if there are any delays or if I require additional details. The commission includes a sketch approval phase as well as work in progress images being delivered.
If the client does not want the commission posted online, they must tell me directly.
